ABOUT US:
Co-Director Stevan Shipp
Stevan and his wife Tina along with the remaining
two out of six children reside in University
Park, Texas. Stevan has been active in the
financial services and real estate industry
having been a Real Estate Broker for 30 years.
Also, Stevan is a life member of the Dallas
Chamber and is a native Dallasite. They attend
Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas.
After studying the senior market for a number
of years and realizing how many people needed
help in this area Stevan worked with several
companies that were involved in the sale
of senior products and educated himself on
the best ways to be of the most help. One
of these companies was a placement company
which referred seniors to Assisted Living
and other communities in the Dallas-Ft Worth
market.
CO-Director Kendall Laughlin
Our Company View
To offer a referral service for seniors and
their children, which will help them in a
very stressful time in their lives when they
are confronted with the issue of senior housing
and what is the best place for dad or mom
to be. Our model includes having a one on
one appointment to discuss the geographic,
care level and financial options that are
available to the family. Then we develop
a specific road map for success. Our bottom
line is to lessen the stress and strain on
all the affected members of the family. Remembering
Stevan's main goal is to be a tremendous
asset for the family in making this momentous
decision.
The greatest part of all this is the service
is absolutely free to our families that we
assist. The communities pay our fees and
we can therefore make more specific recommendations
with no bias involved.
